Progress

Building is going quite well. The walls are up and the trusses are in place and roof sheathing is completed. Approximately 1/2 of the shingles have be installed.

Steve DeJong will complete shingling the roof this week (5/15)Inside furring is complete. Plumbing will be roughed in this week. Heating will be roughed in this week. Fireplace will be installed this week. Windows will be installed after the shingling is complete.

Volunteers needed:

· to address envelopes for a mass mailing

· to build deck

· to paint interior

If you would like to donate trees, shrubs or perennials for landscaping call Sue Mentink at 564-3951 and leave a message.

You could also stop by the job site to check if the volunteers need water, soda or a snack.
